Disbursement Process:
Disbursement begins after submission of the original property documents to Focus Fintech. For under-construction properties, disbursement is done in tranches based on the construction-linked payment schedule provided by the developer.
For construction, home improvement, or home extension loans, disbursement is made as per the progress of work and the estimate provided.
For resale properties, the full loan amount is disbursed at the time of execution of the sale deed.

3. Repayment of Home Loan

Home loans are repaid through Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs), which include both principal and interest components.

  • For resale properties, EMI payments begin from the month following the disbursement of the loan.

  • For under-construction properties, EMI payments typically start once construction is completed and the full loan amount has been disbursed.

  • Customers may also choose to start EMI payments earlier, if desired.

  • EMIs will increase proportionately with each partial disbursement made during construction.
